Just seen the updated list! well done everyone were gona have a nice rammed stand.
Is anyone bringing a gazebo at all? just a thought to hang the banner nice and high up.

I've already sent our risk assessment form off (don't ask :S )
I didn't put a gazebo on there so may cause issues if we suddenly turn up with one.
But.....I'm currently at nuts house and were sorting out flags

The guys from Surrey are meeting at the bp garage in leatherhead/chessington for 6.30 and leaving at 6.45. They are then convoying to beaconsfield services on the a40 to arrive at 7.15 and will be meeting the rest of us.
