West London Collective Presents: Bring Em Out

Postby 1964 » Fri Aug 26, 2011 7:08 pm

Hello one and all!! (again)

Ash here, a few of you on here may or may not know me, I already spy a few familiar usernames..

Anyway, me and Teshi have just finished putting together the details for the next WLC meet so read more below and sign up on facebook!! Sunday just gone saw over 450 and some counted over 500 cars at the car park, hopefully we'll smash that number next month!

West London Collective are back out in force for September

This is a static meet for ALL cars. You know what we mean

Park outside Sports Direct and Best Buy. Try NOT to park around the corner from Best Buy but in the main car park if you want photos etc. We are not responsible for anything that happens at the meet as if anything happens, you sort out your own mess.

DO's
- Turn up when you can
- Park in the bays provided to ensure maximum availability
- Turn down music at 11pm due to residents who are local
- Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided (we do not want to have to clean up after everyone)
- Enter and exit in a sensible manner
- Arrive early for best spots and photo shoots

DONT'S
- Sit there revving you engine
- Crank up the music to stupid loud volumes
- Go into the Sainsbury car park
- Tear around the car park
- Wheelspins (you are not at Ace Cafe on a public road)
- Drifting. Big no no! Accidents happen as we saw at "The Big One"
- Block the pavement outside best buy as we need access as usual

The police turned up to the last meet and yes, more likely they will be down again. W.L.C staff WILL hand over car details to the police as it is our ass which will be in the spotlight. These meets are getting bigger so we want to ensure we keep them running for everyone. There will be marshals and staff around as normal so respect them at all times.

If you have organised your own convoys and friends to come down, let them know or direct them here. We want everyone to have a good time and can only pull it off if everyone is doing what they can.

The projector WILL be there again and most likely Forza 3 or any other games so please get in touch with Mitesh Tailor for more info on the front.

Last meet was epic beyond what any of the staff had in mind so let's go one step further. See you there!

Directions on getting in avoiding speedbumps, see the linked picture -

Thanks from All of us at West London Collective!! Once again, we'll see all of you there!

Cheers! Ash
